安装或使用知在 Awareful（iOS 应用、命令行 Connector awareful、macOS Bridge、网站 awareful.me，下称「知在」）即表示你同意本条款。隐私事项见隐私政策。

1. 服务是什么

知在是一个人机信箱。你在自己的电脑上运行 AI Agent，Agent 通过 Connector 把工作进展、结果和需要你决定的事发送到你的 iPhone；你在手机上阅读、回复和批准。

知在不运行、不控制、不代表你的 Agent。Agent 发送什么、如实与否、收到你的回复后做什么，由该 Agent 及其运行环境决定。你的 iPhone 不向 Agent 下发命令；「让 Agent 运行 Doctor」等操作只是一段供你复制给 Agent 的文字。

2. 账号与设备

• 账号以设备密钥和恢复码标识，可选绑定「通过 Apple 登录」。恢复码是你在丢失全部设备后取回账号的唯一途径，请妥善保管；我们无法替你找回。
• 创建账号时选择的数据区域之后不可更改；换区需要导出、删除并重建账号。
• 你对通过你的账号、设备和 Source 凭据发生的活动负责。发现未授权使用时请立即在 App 内撤销相关设备或 Source。
• 使用知在须年满 14 周岁。

3. 订阅与付费

• 知在提供 Free、Plus、Pro 三档计划。各档的容量、价格、试用期与结算周期以 App 内订阅页显示的 StoreKit 信息为准，并在 awareful.me 公布。
• 付费计划为自动续订订阅，通过 Apple App Store 结算，按你的 Apple 账户所在地区计价。除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时在 iPhone「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中取消，订阅会自动以相同价格续订。
• 免费试用仅对同一订阅组内首次订阅的 Apple 账户提供，试用结束时自动转为付费，除非在试用结束前取消。
• 退款由 Apple 按其政策处理；我们无法直接退款。
• 订阅到期、取消或退款后，账号回落到 Free 计划：历史内容仍可读、可导出，不会因为停止付费被删除；新工作按 Free 容量承接。撞到容量上限时，进行中的工作会正常收尾，新工作需要等待或升级。
• 我们可能调整价格；调整只影响调整后的新订阅或续订，并会提前通知。

4. 你的内容

• 你的 Agent 发送到知在的内容归你。你授予我们为提供、维护和改进服务所必需的、非独占的处理权限，仅限于展示、存储、投递通知、生成追赶视图与导出。
• 你保证你有权让 Agent 发送这些内容，且内容不含他人的敏感个人信息、不含你无权处理的机密信息。
• 内容按隐私政策公布的保留期保留与清除。你可以随时导出或删除。

5. 回复与批准

你在手机上做出的回复与批准由设备密钥签名，并绑定到你看过的那一笔请求与 Source 声明的操作细节。请求内容有任何变化都会使旧的批准失效，需要重新审阅。

Source 仍负责如实描述操作并在执行时落实这些约束。 知在无法核验 Agent 是否诚实，也看不到 Agent 最终对数据库、云平台或支付系统执行的真实参数。你批准一项操作，即表示你已自行判断其风险并承担其后果；知在不使任何操作变得更安全，只让你在批准前看清并锁定自己批的是哪一份内容。

6. 可接受使用

你不得：

• 利用知在从事违法活动，或发送违法、侵权、含恶意代码的内容；
• 绕过容量限制、试用资格或计费；
• 逆向、攻击或干扰服务，或以自动化方式滥用接口；
• 将知在用于需要绝对可靠投递的场景（如医疗、生命安全、紧急响应）。知在依赖 Apple 推送与网络，不保证任何一条通知被及时送达。

7. 开放协议与第三方 Agent

任何 Agent 都可以按公开协议接入知在。我们只对我们自己发布的 Connector 和被标为「官方支持」的能力负责，且以「已通过哪几项能力验证」为限；第三方 Agent、runtime 与 skill 由其各自作者负责。我们不承诺知在适用于所有 Agent。

8. 知识产权

知在的软件、品牌「知在 Awareful」与商标、界面与文档归我们或我们的许可方所有。我们授予你一项个人的、不可转让、可撤销的使用许可。开源组件按其各自许可证使用。

9. 服务变更与终止

• 我们可能新增、修改或停止部分功能；影响付费权益的变更会提前通知。
• 你可以随时在 App 内删除账号终止服务。
• 你严重违反本条款时，我们可以暂停或终止你的账号；除法律禁止外，我们会在终止前给你导出数据的机会。

10. 免责声明与责任限制

知在按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对以下事项承担责任：Agent 的行为与其执行结果、通知延迟或未送达、Apple 服务中断、你的设备或恢复码丢失、你批准的操作造成的损失。我们对你的全部责任以你在争议发生前 12 个月内向我们支付的费用为限。消费者依法享有的权利不受本条影响。

11. 法律适用与争议

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。因本条款产生的争议，双方先友好协商；协商不成的，提交我们所在地（海南省）有管辖权的人民法院。海外区域用户所在地法律赋予的强制性消费者权利不受影响。

12. 变更

条款变更时我们更新本页并修改生效日期；重大变更会在 App 内提示。继续使用视为接受更新后的条款。

By installing or using Awareful (the iOS app, the awareful command-line Connector, the macOS Bridge, and awareful.me, together "Awareful") you agree to these terms. Privacy is covered by the Privacy Policy.

1. What the service is

Awareful is a human inbox. You run AI agents on your own computer; through the Connector they send progress, outcomes, and the things that need your decision to your iPhone, where you read, reply, and approve.

Awareful does not run, control, or act on behalf of your agents. What an agent sends, whether it is truthful, and what it does after receiving your reply is decided by that agent and its runtime. Your iPhone sends no commands to agents; actions such as "let the agent run Doctor" are only text for you to paste to the agent.

2. Account and devices

• An account is identified by device keys and a recovery code, optionally bound with Sign in with Apple. The recovery code is the only way to recover the account after losing every device; keep it safe. We cannot recover it for you.
• The data region chosen at account creation cannot be changed; changing region requires exporting, deleting, and recreating the account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, devices, and Source credentials. Revoke the affected device or Source in the app immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• You must be at least 14 years old to use Awareful.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Awareful offers Free, Plus, and Pro plans. Capacity, price, trial length, and billing period for each plan are as shown by StoreKit on the in-app subscription screen and published at awareful.me.
• Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store at the price for your Apple account's storefront. They renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Free trials are available only to Apple accounts subscribing for the first time within the subscription group and convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
• When a subscription expires, is cancelled, or refunded, the account falls back to the Free plan: history stays readable and exportable and is not deleted because you stopped paying; new work is accepted within Free capacity. At the capacity limit, work already in progress finishes normally; new work waits or requires an upgrade.
• We may change prices; changes apply only to new subscriptions or renewals after the change and are announced in advance.

4. Your content

• Content your agents send to Awareful is yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process it only as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the service: displaying, storing, delivering notifications, building catch-up views, and exporting.
• You warrant that you are entitled to have your agents send this content and that it contains no sensitive personal information of others or confidential information you are not permitted to process.
• Content is retained and purged under the windows published in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

5. Replies and approvals

Replies and approvals you make on your phone are signed by your device key and bound to the exact request and Source-declared operation details you reviewed. Any change to the request invalidates earlier approvals and requires a new review.

The Source remains responsible for truthfully describing the operation and enforcing those details when it executes. Awareful cannot verify that an agent is honest and cannot see the actual parameters an agent ultimately sends to a database, cloud platform, or payment system. By approving an action you confirm that you have judged its risk yourself and accept its consequences; Awareful does not make any action safer, it only lets you see and lock exactly what you are approving.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Awareful for unlawful activity, or send unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• circumvent capacity limits, trial eligibility, or billing;
• reverse-engineer, attack, or interfere with the service, or abuse its interfaces through automation;
• rely on Awareful where guaranteed delivery is required (medical, life-safety, emergency response). Awareful depends on Apple push and network services and does not guarantee that any notification is delivered or delivered on time.

7. Open protocol and third-party agents

Any agent can integrate with Awareful through the public protocol. We are responsible only for the Connector we publish and for capabilities marked as officially supported, and only to the extent of the capability conformance they have passed; third-party agents, runtimes, and skills are the responsibility of their authors. We do not promise that Awareful works with every agent.

8. Intellectual property

Awareful's software, the "知在 Awareful" brand and marks, interfaces, and documentation belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them. Open-source components are used under their respective licences.

9. Changes to the service and termination

• We may add, change, or discontinue features; changes affecting paid entitlements are announced in advance.
• You may end the service at any time by deleting your account in the app.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms; unless prohibited by law, we give you an opportunity to export your data before termination.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Awareful is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for: the behaviour of agents and the results of their execution, delayed or undelivered notifications, Apple service outages, loss of your device or recovery code, or losses caused by actions you approved. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the dispute arose. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which they are submitted to the competent people's court where we are located (Hainan Province). Mandatory consumer rights under the law of a Global-region user's place of residence are not affected.

12. Changes

When these terms change we update this page and its effective date; material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
